Service Plans
These plans are designed to meet the needs of businesses that currently do not require office space but do need a business identity address plus have their telephone answered in their company's name by a receptionist during normal business hours. Secretarial services available through Office Administrator.
Business Location Plan
This plan is designed for the small business that needs a physical business location for mail and deliveries (small deliveries from FedEx, UPS, etc.), telephone answering service and periodic use of office services (e.g., conference room, word processing, copy machines, postage machine, etc.). This plan will be most attractive to those who travel a great deal, work out of their home, etc., but do not need a full-time office.
Answering Services
Several different packages to choose from:
- Executive Answering Plan – This plan is designed for the business that only wishes to use the Suite to answer and take messages. All incoming calls during normal business hours are answered by the Suite's receptionist. After hours calls go directly to your Voice mail
- Basic Answering Plan – This plan is designed for businesses that do not want calls screened by the Suite's receptionist. All incoming calls go directly to your voice mailbox.
- Relief Answering Plan – This plan is designed for businesses that wish The Suites to handle incoming calls during lunch or some other time during the day that the business owner cannot answer their telephone.
Mail Service
This service allows a business to use The Suite's address for business purposes. Mail addressed to the business at The Suite's address will be received and sorted to a unique mail slot.
Conference Room
Conference rooms available on an hourly basis. $20 per hour, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with WiFi and dry erase board.
